How to ask

Send a message through the support page using the email you paid with, and include your license key if you have it. We'll process it within 3 business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What happens to your license

When a purchase is refunded, its license key is turned off. The App stops working within about a week and can't be activated again with that key.

AI usage charges

Charges from Anthropic or OpenAI for your AI usage are billed by them to your own account, so we can't refund those.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. If something isn't working, contact support first and we'll try to fix it.
