Start in three steps

Run the installer and open Agents HQ. Type your email and click Start free trial.
Add an AI key. A free Google Gemini key works, and the app walks you through it. How to get one.
Pick your business type and tell your team about your business (or fill it in from your website). They'll make you a starter pack right away.

Get a free Gemini key in about 2 minutes

Go to aistudio.google.com/apikey and sign in with any Google account.
Click Create API key and copy it.
Paste it into Agents HQ when it asks. Done.

Gemini's free tier has daily limits, and Google may use free-tier requests to improve its products; turn on billing in AI Studio to lift the limits. Prefer another AI? Agents HQ also works with Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and DeepSeek keys, and you can put each agent on a different one. Paid providers bill you directly; most tasks cost about 1–2¢.

How the trial works

You get 3 full days with every agent and feature, including scheduled jobs, the 3D Workshop and the phone app.
One free trial per computer.
Buy any time during the trial. Nothing resets: your team, settings and inbox carry straight over.
When the 3 days are up, agents stop taking new work until you buy. You can still open the app and read everything in your inbox.
After you buy, you're covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
