Agents HQAffiliate terms
Last updated: October 1, 2026. These terms are between you and Hyperkits Industries LLC, the maker of Agents HQ ("we").
Commission
You earn 30% of the amount a customer pays for Agents HQ (before sales tax) when they buy within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link on the same device and browser. If a customer clicked more than one affiliate link, the most recent click gets the sale. You don't earn commission on your own purchases.
When you get paid
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the sale, once the 14-day refund window has passed. We pay payable commissions once a month by PayPal (or another method we agree on) to the payout email you gave us. If a sale is refunded or disputed, its commission is cancelled; if it was already paid, we deduct it from your next payout.
How you may promote Agents HQ
- Be honest. Only say things about Agents HQ that are true, and tell people you earn a commission (for example "affiliate link" or "I earn a commission"), as the FTC requires.
- No spam: no unsolicited bulk email, texts or DMs.
- No paid search ads that bid on "Agents HQ", "myagentshq" or close misspellings, and no ads that look like they come from us.
- No fake reviews, fake testimonials, or posing as a customer you're not.
- Don't offer discounts or coupons, and don't use our name in a domain or social account name.
- Don't put your link on illegal, adult, hateful or misleading sites.
Ending the program or your account
You can leave at any time. We can pause or close your account if these terms are broken, in which case unpaid commissions on rule-breaking sales are cancelled. We may change these terms or the commission rate with 30 days' notice by email; sales before the change keep the old rate.
Other
You're an independent promoter, not our employee or agent. You're responsible for any taxes on your commissions; we may ask for tax forms before paying. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions: contact support.
