Most likely causes, in order: 1. Oily plate: wash with dish soap and warm water, rinse, don't touch it. 2. Z-offset too high: lower it 0.02 mm at a time until lines look slightly squished. 3. Bed too cool for PETG: try 75-80 C. 4. First layer too fast: 30 mm/s or less. Start with #1. It fixes most cases.
